My experiences with aviation, conservation, and journalism helped me gain insights and understanding from people around the world.

AVIATION:

Just 6% of pilots in the world are women, of which certified fixed-wing and rotorcraft pilots make up the percentage. Whirly-Girls International Women Helicopter Pilots is an organization pursuing its goal of supporting, and mentoring women; children with STEM outreach events have a chance to gain insight into aviation by getting up close.

CONSERVATION:

Meet the team of Chula Rusinga Biodiversity Project: Victor, Sharon, Erick, Enos, Francis, and Agnes. As part of their mission, they provide education, have developed a green program, and are working on solutions to deforestation using agroforestry.
